Return & Replacement Policy

All Parix.in keyboards are custom-built and made to order. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.

Replacement Only

  • Defective or non-functional product
  • Damage during shipping
  • Incorrect item received

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photos or videos clearly showing the issue
  • Product must be unused and in original condition

Not Covered

  • Change of mind or preference
  • Normal wear and cosmetic variations
  • Damage due to misuse, liquid exposure, or modifications

How to Request a Replacement

Email us at support@parix.in with your order number and issue details. Once approved, a replacement will be arranged.

All products sold on Parix.in are custom-built and made to order. Minor cosmetic variations may occur due to the hand-assembled and 3D-printed nature of our keyboards.

Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
  • Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified

Shipping

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on build time and location
  • Parix.in is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors

Returns & Replacements

We do not offer returns or refunds. Replacement is provided only in eligible cases as outlined in our Return & Replacement Policy.

Warranty & Liability

  • Parix.in is not liable for damage caused by misuse, liquid exposure, firmware modification, or unauthorized repairs
  • Our liability is limited to replacement of the product or affected component only

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and product images on Parix.in are the intellectual property of Parix.in and may not be used without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
