Terms of Service

Welcome to Parix.in. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products

All products sold on Parix.in are custom-built and made to order. Minor cosmetic variation can occur because our keyboards are hand-assembled and use 3D-printed parts.

Orders & Payments

  • All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
  • You can cancel any order or pre-order at any time before it is dispatched, for a full refund to the original payment method. Email saurav@parix.in or DM @parix_in with your order number.
  • Changes to switches, keycaps or case colour after ordering are possible until the build starts; ask us and we will confirm.

Shipping

  • Build and delivery times on the product page and in our Shipping policy are estimates and can vary with build load and location.
  • Parix.in is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events outside our control.

Returns, Replacements & Warranty

Because each board is made for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind after dispatch. Items that arrive damaged, dead on arrival or wrong are replaced if you contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video; we arrange the pickup. After 7 days, every keyboard and keycap set is covered for twelve months from dispatch under our warranty: you ship the keyboard to our Bengaluru workshop, we repair or replace the faulty part and ship it back to you at our cost. The full terms are in our Refund & replacement policy, which governs if anything here differs.

Liability

  • Parix.in is not liable for damage caused by drops, liquid, heat, misuse, firmware modification beyond the keymap, or unauthorised repairs.
  • Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product or the affected part.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos and product images on Parix.in are the property of Parix.in and may not be used without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
