Refund & replacement policy

Every Parix keyboard is built to order, by hand, after you order it.

Before dispatch

You can cancel any order or pre-order at any time before it ships, for a full refund to the original payment method. Email saurav@parix.in or DM @parix_in with your order number.

After dispatch

• Change of mind: because each board is made for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or preference. Ask us anything before you order so you know what you're getting.
• Arrived damaged, dead on arrival, or the wrong item: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video and we will replace it. We arrange the pickup. Keep the packaging until we have replied.
• Defects after that: every keyboard and keycap set is covered for twelve months from dispatch under our warranty. We repair or replace the faulty part in our Bengaluru workshop. You send the keyboard to us; we ship it back to you free within India.

Not covered

• Change of mind or preference
• Normal wear and cosmetic variation in hand-built and 3D-printed parts
• Damage from drops, liquid, heat, misuse, or modifications beyond changing switches, keycaps and the keymap

Refunds, where due, are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval. This policy does not limit any rights you have under Indian consumer law.
