Return & Replacement Policy

All Parix.in keyboards are custom-built and made to order. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.

Replacement Only

• Defective or non-functional product
• Damage during shipping
• Incorrect item received

To be eligible for a replacement:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share photos or videos clearly showing the issue
• Product must be unused and in original condition

Not Covered

• Change of mind or preference
• Normal wear and cosmetic variations
• Damage due to misuse, liquid exposure, or modifications
